QT-Snail for Florabest Chainsaw
Ordered a new one after my original broke, did a Google search and found this online store which generously held some in stock. Double checked to see if it would fit in my tool and ordered. Works like a charm!

good upgrade
Great upgrade for my older chainsaw. It seems to be more sturdy and the fastner screw was shouldered so it provided a better positive grip for the chain bar. The screw that came with it had not been properly machined out so a philips could fit it. Customer services sent out a new screw which was good. Wish they would have kept me in the loop instead of me contacting them four times. An email informing me what was happening would have made for a better experience.
